Founder's Fund

Created in 2021 to honor our founding members on the event of the Foundation’s 30th anniversary, the Founder’s Fund is designed with ever-changing community needs in mind. The Fund was seeded with $30,000 from the Foundation's endowment, for the purpose of disbursing emergency funds outside of the Foundation’s regular grant making cycle. This provides mid-level grants to nonprofits in and supporting Wayne County with a very fast turn around time. By supporting the Founder's fund, you are helping to provide aid to emerging needs all throughout our community.
