Application Cycle – General: The Board of Directors meet quarterly on the first Wednesday in September, December, March and June. The Grants Committee finalizes its approval and recommendations approximately two weeks before the Board meeting. We suggest the following: Grant applications should be sent to the Foundation one month prior to the Board meeting. Applications are due on Feb 1-May1-Aug1 and Nov1. Please note that applications for the Educational Improvement Grants applications should be submitted in a narrative format to include: Needs Assessment – Program Narrative – Budget and Evaluation.
